Chipolino Strollers - anyone got one?

I have noticed these chipolino strollers on ebay and wondered if anyone has one?
They look really good - and so cute with the colourful fabrics. The prices look very reasonable on eBay.
If you have one - what do you think of it - is it a good quality buy?
