Loola swivel wheels

I've just bought a loola off ebay and one of the swivel wheels doesn't work. She said it didn't and I thought it was probably fixable, but I can't see how to do it. I don't think squirting it with WD40 is going to work! Has anybody had a similar problem and managed to fix it?

No experience of that but thought you may like some advice. You may have noticed the straps are very short (unless previous owner replaced them). If you ring Loola directly (google loola for website then contact details on there) they will send out longer replacement straps for free. I nearly bought replacement straps on eBay for £12.99 + p&p and am so happy someone mentioned they're free. Personally I think it's a bit naughty to sell free stuff for that price but hey that's just me!

Hope someone has advice for you - if not why don't you ask Loola (Bebe Confort) when/if you call/email for replacement straps.

Thanks! I've sort of fixed the dodgy wheel with the help of Mr Screwdriver . Thaks for that about the straps. I think they're ok...
