Is anyone else trying to sell their house and wants to come and rock quietly in a corner with me??

We've had our house on the market since November. We've had about 10 viewings (ish). One couple and another single buyer really wants to buy it but neither can't sell theirs.

We've had a few people in rented accomodation look at it but one thought it was too small and the other didn't even bother to give feedback after their viewing. ARGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHh, I don't know what else I can do. It's always clean and tidy when viewers come round. The garden looks crap at the moment but not much I can do about that! Actually I'm happy with how it looks, I've decluttered, we've freshened up the paintwork and it looks good! This is just SUCH a frustrating market to be in. Aaaaah, it's good to rant. Chief - I have no personal experience of this BUT this company were featured in either The Times or The Telegraph.

They are apparently VERY upfront with their offer, the valuation is done by a RICS qualified person, inside and outside inspection. And even if the valuation from the RICS person comes back lower they still offer you the same percentage.

You also get a copy of the valuation report for transparency purposes.

Up to you, I am keeping an eye on them for when we move. We just want out rather than profit.
