what are our the chance of being offered the house?

we are rank 2 for a house with 3 double rooms but its a 3 story house. we on gold banding. will they look at us first because with an ot assement that stats we need 3 double room as we are 3 adults or do we just have to hope for the best that rank 1 refuse the house.

If you have an OT assessment I’m presuming at least one of you has a disability? Would the two flights of stairs be a problem?

no as the layout is 2 bedroon on the middle floor and one on the top floor which i would have as it wouldnt cause me any problems

How are you related? Could they split you up eg adult child is housed separately in a one bed then a one bed for the couple?
