Alternative to hand wash heater for cloakroom?

Hi all, I’m going to refurb a tiny cloakroom and there’s no mains hot water available.
Sink is a mini corner unit and hot water currently comes from one of those ugly wall mounted white plastic triton units with blue and red markings for water temp and the tap comes out the bottom and overhangs the sink.
Needless to say I am looking for more aesthetically pleasing options. Do nice looking water tanks exist ? I can’t find any!
Does any one have any ideas/ links ?

Could you just have cold water only if it is just for washing hands?

I'd go with cold only too. The water often doesn't have a chance to get to hot and sometimes during the day is non-existent anyway as our hot water only comes on morning and evening.

Just get an under sink tank. It could even be elsewhere depending on pipework.

I have a 15 litre one for my whole house (no gas). You wouldn't need so much.

Taps operate as normal. When it was in my old kitchen the plumber cut the bottom out of the unit so it sat down into plinth space and I could still have a shelf above.

If you go down the cold only route you could be leaving yourself open to problems if/when you come to sell/move.🤔

Check building regs but I believe that you must have a hot water supply to a sink serving a toilet.
Of course you can argue that with a long pipe run, it takes an age for the hot water to actually arrive but that is completely different to not having a hot water supply at all.
