Amtico Form or Spacia for new build flooring throughout living areas?

Hi there - am moving in to a new build
home and need to select flooring for all the living spaces/bedrooms. I’d seen Amtico Form Amber in the Amtico brochure but in real life it seems v textured and I can only think that would be harder to keep clean than the smooth Amtico spacia tick design. Or am I over-thinking it? The showroom guy tells me no one has ever complained about keeping Amtico form clean.. but then he would wouldn’t he!? I’m thinking of Amtico for the whole downstairs (hall-living-kitchen diner-utility), carpet on the stairs and engineered wood in the bedrooms because I don’t like the idea of sleeping next to a plastic floor.

I’m also on a really tight timescale because… life! And need to finalise my decision today.
Insights appreciated

I have Amtico Form Amber Oak laid in the small parquet though the ground-floor my new-build house. (Not provided, we replaced carpets with it.) It's the easiest floor I've ever looked after. We have a mud-loving labrador (who wrecked a wooden floor with his nails, and a tiled floor in our last house as the grout was constantly filthy). The Amtico is so easy to clean, stands up to pretty much anything. The texture doesn't harbour dirt at all. I'd never have anything else.

Thanks so much for replying - that’s good to know; I was probably at the showroom when you replied and hunting for a better match with the engineered wood I’d chosen. I ended up going for amtico signature in golden - it’s a huge relief to have made the decision. Thx again
