Which Privacy Glass for French door in side passage

We will have a side entrance to our house and its a shared side passage between two houses. The door leads into our utility room which doesn't have any windows and so we are making to door mostly glass to let in natural light. We have the choice of the options below and I'm struggling to pick. The design aesthetic of the house is generally traditional / transitional and the property itself is Victorian but don't want the glass option to look too old fashioned!

Personally I’d go with the plain frosted option - the others are either too close to bathroom windows, or very old fashioned.

Frosted. Or possibly the square option. The rest look old fashioned IMO

Yeah, I think the frosted is more opaque than I'd like if I'm honest. Thanks for the input

Get some stick on film and change it whenever you want. It works well and will do what you need without looking cheap or tacky. And is easily changeable by you or someone else in the future.

I think they look old fashioned, I would go for sandblasted glass or a far cheaper option and easy to do, window film, there are some really nice one available.

Does it have to be frosted ?
Why not have just plain glass to let the maximum light in ?

Yes as its a communal passage it needs privacy glass.
