Burglary claims refused due to faulty door or window locks?

Hi. I want to read the experiences of homeowners who suffered no insurance pay-out after a burglary because of a faulty door or window lock? Anyone with a story to tell?

I do know insurers have form for not paying out if there is any faulty lock, or any deviation from the agreed state if a secure house, regardless of whether or not it is the entry point. It’s often a part of the small print
