Blinds for garden room with lots of windows, contemporary options?

We've got a garden room and I'm looking for blinds to make it a bit more cozy in the evening so we can use it properly as a second living room. It is a room with lots of windows rather than a conservatory (proper roof, half brick walls and double glazed windows/doors round 7/8ths of the walls.

Lots of glass means that blinds will be a big outlay so I want something that won't date quickly and I won't get sick of, but I can't decide what I want. I have been looking at the honeycomb material that traps pockets of air and helps insulate the room, but I think they look a bit rubbish. I've also been looking at roman blinds which are quite a bit more expensive and I'm wondering if they look dated already? I don't want shutters because when it's nice outside it's lovely to have uninterrupted views of the garden so I want something that can be fully drawn back.

Any idea or tips welcome!

Day and night blinds?

We have electric blinds and we love them. Just plain white fabric. They were cheaper than I expected and we have a lot of windows

I like the idea of electric blinds because otherwise it will take a while to open and close them all! What style did you go for? I've seen them as roller blinds and roman blinds.
