Which order of maintenance jobs?

Gardener, window cleaning, gutter cleaning. It's been 2 years, we need a bit of freshening up. Which order should we get them if it matters at all, and also which month in spring is best? Are there any other maintenance we should be doing every year/few years? I know we should ideally do this every year or few times a year but it's been a bit of a struggle last 2 years.

@Lemoneyey definitely the gutters first, early spring (March–May)

Maintenance schedule here

Yes, gutters first. If they block and overflow you end up with bigger problems than grubby windows or a messy garden.

We used to clean out our gutters most autumns, once the leaf drop had finished. We only needed to do it on the side near our neighbour’s trees, and often missed a year if he had trimmed them the previous year. We have a regular widow cleaner 3-4 times a year. If we hadn’t cleaned the gutters that autumn, we’d pay him extra to do it.

We’ve since installed gutter hedgehogs, which keep pretty much all debris out of the gutters. Drawback is that they still need occasional maintenance, which is not something the window cleaner can do. So dh is still up that ladder every few years. But it’s a much smaller and less unpleasant job.

Gardener IMO is a luxury. Which does not mean you should not have one! But it’s definitely a later consideration than gutters.
