we are at the very early stages of doing a loft conversion. We’ve signed off a cost estimate with a breakdown with our builder. We are splitting how it’s funded 25% savings and 75% remortgage. Is anyone willing to share a kick-ass Google sheets or Excel Spreadsheet or template that lets you keep on top of costs you’re spending? Our Builder keeps asking for little payments of £1000 here and there to buy timber and so on, but I really want to keep a handle on what is going where and when.
