Rough cost of converting a Garden room/cabin

Assuming if other people have done it on the road planning permission would probably be given
Pretty basic spec, maybe a bit extra on good insulation - in Suffolk -
just a rough guesstimate as prices keep going up

Is there a difference between the costs involved in a glorified shed/log cabin/garden room etc

Assuming similar spec for insulation and basic needs

We converted an outbuilding last year. Two rooms and a bathroom was £35k plus decoration/fittings/flooring

Superior Garden Buildings in Norfolk are good.

@user98732 that was potentially the next question - were they big rooms?

@Pantsareonfire do you know a price/estimate?

£16k on a 12x18 foot garden room. Two sides glass windows/doors, we used it as an office and gym (one room). We did this back in 2019.
i think they were called Garden Retreats.
They have a great showroom near Bicester.

Thanks @Blessedbethefruitloopss

@Pantsareonfire 😂😂😂

Just to mention that Darren, the owner is a bit of a wide-boy used-car salesman type character but it is actually a really good quality product and the installation team were great too so I would recommend.
