Taking over an account and have to submit a meter reading. The electricity supplier wants us to submit a single reading, but we can't work out which one is the total.
Function 0, and Function 5 have positive readings, while Function 4 has a minus reading. We submitted both the positive readings, but the supplier just got back and said they want the total.
I have spent ages searching on the web to no avail, so very grateful if anyone is familiar with this meter (not a smart meter, but has a digital display.)
