We’re considering buying a house located on Court Road, Orpington Main Road. The property has car parking at the back, which is only accessible via a single-lane service road. I’ve noticed several houses in the area use the same type of service road for vehicle access.
For those familiar with the locality, does this single-lane service road tend to get blocked or congested during the morning school rush?
We have two kids attending different schools, so we’ll need to use this road daily. Any insights or suggestions from current residents would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
