While I know highly unlikely but could a house built 2002/2003 contain asbestos? Multiple Artex ceilings throughout which seems odd for the time. House built by Bryant Homes.

Anyone had similar age house and found it present?

Very unlikely as asbestos in Artex was banned in 1999. So wouldn't think it would be in your house.

Is there a Bryant home owners FB page you can join and ask?

If you want to be sure there are companies who will come and take a scraping and test it. It’s about 200.

Our house is older, and artex ceilings throughout. Found an online company that will test samples that you send them for £55, inc PPE etc. and just placed an order with them.
Asbestos Sampling - they're 4.7 on Trust Pilot.

Asbestos was banned in 1999/2000 so it wouldn’t contain asbestos… or if it did - the house builders would have done it illegally. A survey would confirm this.
