…..anywhere in the country, where would you buy? It’s not a lot but it’s an opportunity I have been given, but I have no idea. Where would you buy?

Some areas of county Durham you can buy a terrace for under 60k.

@larkstar I understand. I was just responding as I thought the OP was wanting to buy outright to avoid having big monthly outgoings like mortgage / rent :)
