What colours windows and door with a dark green garage door

Just moved in… wasn’t planning to changing the front door and windows quite yet, but have today discovered the front door isn’t water tight so needs must!!
We don’t want to to change the garage door as it is a very high quality door. So it’s front door and windows that need to be changed. I’m a traditionalist really so not dark grey etc. What colour would go best? I was thinking that grey/green or sage green colour flush windows and matching door? Or does the door need to be like the garage? Or a third colour?

I’d match the front door to the garage door and have white windows again.

White windows with sage green door and a white frame.

It is only the garage door itself that is green, the surround & facia are white so I would do the same with the front door. A matching green door and white frame, that way you can also keep all the windows white (which is timeless).

I’d have a brown door to match the wood and the windows and door frame keep white.

Whatever you do don’t get green window frames it will look dreadful ! Match the front door yes but leave the white windows

I love your house, it’s fab. Please don’t get white windows.

Go for a soft creamy beige, mushroom, sage green etc. not bloody fridge white. Look at the colour of the brick and work with the warm peachy tones. Get the gable end trim changed or painted to match the window colour and the horizontal timber cladding painted to a complementary colour. It could be gorgeous.

Please consult an expert at Little Green or Farrow & Ball to review the windows, doors and cladding. Bear in mind you CAN paint your high quality garage door, you are not stuck with that colour.

please, no white. It’s hideous. Your cool groovy house deserves better.

I’d paint the garage door! Possibly a sage green.

I’ve seen a beautiful update of a mid century property near me recently - similar to yours.
The windows are RAL pebble grey (greige) the cladding (just where the original cladding was - not the full property) to a natural wood which is weathering beautifully and the front door to an olive green slab door with a plain side panel - perfection 👌 I would do the garage olive green to match the front door. It’s incredibly subtle and just looks very in keeping but still modern. The garden is also beautiful with grasses and hydrangeas Annabelle’s.
