IKEA Lerhyttan Blue in Victorian terrace house?

Has anyone got this kitchen? I’ve had a look and find posts from three years ago about the black and grey. We really like it and saw it in store. Would really like some advice from seasoned MNers. I know an Ikea kitchen in a London period house might put off buyers but we really like the look of this and could afford it now. Our current kitchen is 25 years old. I have also read builders don’t like it, are there fitters who specialise in Ikea kitchens who are comfortable working with them?

We have an IKEA kitchen. They organised the fitter. I would assume all branches have a list of local workmen who'll fit it.

Wouldn't put me off! I don't know what kind of fitted kitchen you're 'supposed' to have in London terraces but that looks lovely and liveable. I think Ikea carcasses are different dimensions to other kitchens, that's all. We just added custom doors to ours.

It looks nice. I think the fitters who sont like fitting ikea dont like it because a) there's no mark up to be made, b) they are flat pack so take longer and c) they are slightly different to normal kitchens. But in theory you should be able to fit an ikea kitchen - that's how they market them - so any good joiner / kitchen fitter will easily be able to do it.
You could save time/money by building the carcasses yourselves, they are really easy to do.

No idea re quality, but it certainly looks very attractive.
