Please can anyone help? What do I need to hang a wooden car storage shelf on a wall

I’m hopinh someone can help please? I bought a wooden car shelf similar to the below, but it didn’t come with any attachments - what do I do to attach it to the wall? It’s got a plain mdf backing. From google it seems like keyhole hangers on the back then hang on the wall from there? but wondering if it will be heavy after all the cars are stored on it

Could you drill through the backing and into the wall? Taking it off to add wall plugs into the holes in the wall then screwing it on? Would be sturdier than the hangings on the back I think 🤔

The keyhole hangers will be fine. If you are worried put two on the top and and extra two on the sides or bottom.
