Anyone done a part exchange with a new build by Stonefield Houses?

Hey!
Thinking of part exchanging with a new build
can anyone advise me on the Pros and cons.
We are wanting a new built bungalow.
Also anyone had any experience with the builders - Stonefield Houses. They have just announced they will be launching their development very soon.
Any good questions I can ask them?

I’ve not done it but apparently they typically offer about 10% less than the expected resale so if will aL most certainly cost you a chunk. The exact amount you’ll be worse off will depend on the market, what they offer you etc.
