We’ve recently put a two bedroom main door flat on the market in the Trinity/Inverleith area of Edinburgh. It’s a traditional tenement flat, really good condition with private front garden. We’re a little unclear on what the market is looking like right now. Any thoughts on this? It on for offers over. What kind of level of offer should we be expecting, 5% above HR value, or more, or less? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
