Anyone know how much roughly a side return and roof extension would cost in Essex/ London?

Can’t possibly answer with such scant detail

Would agree its difficult without many details but we used a company called home tales who gave us a free quote before we committed to anything - might be worth trying to get an expert opinion to give you an idea of costs
