Talk to me about reflective solar paint for roofs and tiles

Has anyone tried reflective solar paint for their roof and tiles?
I live in a mid-terraced house.
The roof is partially flat.

I would like to paint the flat part with a reflective white paint, in the hope it should make the loft less hot. No one will see the flat roof anywhere.

However, on the front of the house the roof is not flat. There are dark grey tiles.
White paint there would be a bit of an eyesore.

Are there reflective paints which are not white?

Has anyone tried?

No help, but I'm curious too. I'd like to do the slabs in my yard, Greek style. I've lifted a many as I can, but we only have a small house so we need to keep a paved area for DIY etc.
