Booking removals when you’re not sure of date of move

What happens? Obviously you need to book in well in advance but what if you’re not entirely sure of the date? Haven’t done this for years so unsure!!

Book in provisionally, once you are ready to exchange, check before you do that the completion date works (or just before so stuff can be held in storage for a day or two).
