I have asked for some kitchen advice in a previous post but it didn't get any activity, so I have just taken the plunge and paid my deposit to lock in a sale price slot with HKOC. Figure I could always change my mind if I find a cheaper or better option!

Any comments/feedback yays or nays?

Alternatives I should also be getting quotes from?

Anyone else embarking on the HKOC journey in this sale round?

I can't believe I was the only one here that was waiting for the sale to start yesterday?! I phoned at 9.01 to get my spot! Maybe I was being a bit over keen!

Lol, I'm definitely not! I have been trying to get some other mumsnetters to talk to be about inframe kitchens for a month but for some reason no one replies!

I've mentioned several brands I'm looking at, I also post about other things, although I quite recently name changed again so not a huge history.

We have a HKOC kitchen - we have had it in for 2 years and it's absolutely fantastic. Even our builder was impressed by the quality. We did look at DIY kitchens for inframe shaker but we wanted the flat drawers like Devol but we didn't have a massive budget plus we needed custom lengths to fit our kitchen and DIY kitchens don't do the flat drawers. We painted it ourselves which took ages but it still looks great. Only downside was the 9 month wait for it!

I totally agree on the flat drawers, I think they look so much better.
