Am due to move to new housel in 6 days. House is being purchased through sale of our current one and top up from our savings. Due to daily limits set by bank payment had to be split into 3and to get it paid quicker I paid 2 and hubby paid 1. We then realised that it was only me that had the AML check done. We have sent through 3 months of his bank statements etc but our solicitor won't get them till 2 days before we move as she is on holiday. Would I be better to pay his but in again and the ask for a refund of what he paid. Thanks
