We are looking to move to Belbroughton in Worcestershire. So far everything looks positive but does anyone have anything negative to say about the village that we should consider before taking the plunge and moving.

You can't move in the village during the Scarecrow week.

Plus, (I presume) you will feel under pressure to create your own scarecrow

Scarecrow week has been cancelled this year but due to return in 2026. At least that will give us some time to get settled in first.

DS will be going to BB school so hopefully I can claim joint ownership of one of the school scarecrows!
