What type of tradesperson do I need to rebuild a shower?

The pipework is fine but I’d like to replace the tray, get a new door and re-tile the area. It doesn’t seem to be specifically plumbing work but I don’t know how it would be classified. Any ideas?

I would start by looking at tilers, as this sound like the majority of the work, if they can’t do the other parts of the job I’m sure they will work closely with the appropriate trades. Check-at-trade is a good place to look.

Check a trade is not a good place to look as noone is allowed to post bad reviews so you either get a good person who is good or a terrible person who has got their mates to post some good reviews. I would ask on local Facebook or ask local friends for a recommendation of someone they have used or ask in a local plumbing or bathroom fitting shop if they could recommend someone. If anyone is available quickly then be wary unless they are expensive.
