Purple bricks and boundary dispute

Imagine a neighbour has stolen a bit of land by moving a boundary. This is being argued about with the land owner but court is expensive and it is hoped the boundary can be reinstated without legal action.
They've now got the house for sale advertised as having a bigger than usual garden.
The person who's had land stolen has asked about the purple bricks estate agent.
If it was a normal local estate agent they'd be able to pop in to an office and speak to someone.
How does purple bricks work? I'd there a real person somewhere along the way? I'd it worth ringing or does it go through to the owner?

What does the land registry title plan say the boundary is? How long had this land been 'stolen' for? I'm not sure what an agent is meant to do about this. It's a legal matter.

There is a website or an app. The “agents” are real people but you need to go via the website to make a phone call in office hours or make contact via email or the app. Their website has an email complaints section. You could complete that right away. https://www.purplebricks.co.uk/contact-us/complaints

This has been mentioned on another thread.

The agents need to be made aware as of course do any potential purchasers

why? She owns the land. The issue will be for the neighbour when they come to sell. I would simply insist that when they sell they move the fence back.

This is what happened with our friends years later. They sent a letter initially but had too much going on at the time. The neighbours put a garage on the 10ft deep they took and new fence.
When they were sale agreed my friends struck with a letter to their EA.
They got their land back, had to take down the garage, new wall and a hefty reduction in price to their buyers.
They were absolutely furious....which was such a lovely bonus.
