Snagging/Pre-completion Inspection Company

How do I go about finding one for our new build? Is there one organisation I should contact? So many options on Google but have no idea how I choose one.

My son's surveyor on his house had this on his list of engagements. So maybe ask for local recommended surveyors and go from there?

My son chose his surveyor from recommendations at work. If you work in the area you are moving to, of course!

My brother used newhomequalitycontrol.co.uk.
The inspection was carried out by Anthony Morgan and picked up 108 issues on his new build.
I will definitely use a snagging company in the future if I purchased a new build.
