How much to sand and lacquer wooden flooring

Just this really. I received a quote for almost £2000 for 25 M2. So just want to check if that's the going rate nowadays. We are in the South east.

That’s cheaper than I was quoted for the same size room a couple of years ago (London). So I did it myself.
