Legal documents to change ownership

Massive apologies if I’m posting in the wrong section.

I live in scotland, which I assume is relevant as our laws etc differ to England.

my partner owns our hours, we are unmarried but have three children and have obviously both been contributing for over ten years. We have never gotten round to changing the legal standing of home ownership and I’d like to know if anyone knows how this can be done without excessive legal fees and complicated processes.

I may be being very naive, but is it as simple as purchasing some kind of form and having it signed by a solicitor?

I don't know exactly but I would advise that you have an appointment with a solicitor to discuss and make sure that you have a legal right to what you should have a moral right to.
