I’m considering buying a coach house flat , 2 garages underneath and an open area to drive under for 3 spaces, a house attached either side.
It looks fairly new maybe 5 years old. Has anyone lived in one and can share
some insight into what it’s like? And about the temperature in the winter, is it hard to keep warm? Read a few negatives about the cost to keep warm.
