Argh so fed up with dealing with other second home flat owners who just think of themselves and want to line their pockets whilst not considering others who actually live here.
One wants to turn theirs into a holiday let meaning hen parties and increased insurance due to the security risk whilst another has suddenly decided we need to redecorate both the inside and outside of the building as their flat isn't selling and is going ahead getting quotes for them to start asap.
Meanwhile another neighbour is unwell and doesn't need all this stress financially or otherwise
I mean yes it does need doing but it's not urgent and spread out rather than all at once would be better.
We're in charge of the management committee and have a say but wonder what the best way to deal with it is
