I had my property on with an online auction company....1st mistake... I was tied in for three months and once I found out, via buyers, not the actual company, that they charged the buyer a 5 percent fee I decided to terminate the contract as soon as I could.
It ended on say 23rd of the month and went up with new estate agent on 24th.
Viewing 2 dats later, via new agent and sold. The auction house are now, over a year later saying I owe them 12k as they introduced the buyer.
They are claiming they arranged a viewing with the buyer on the day the contract happened...absolutely did not, the buyers never viewed my house when it was on with the auction company..
Are they all like this?
I have gone back and asked for email proof that they arranged a viewing for that day with that person...which they won't have.
