Can this radiator be salvaged?

I live in a fairly new build, bathroom doesnt have window so clearly the condensation has built up (even with the door open 24/7 and the extractor fan). Can the rust be painted over or do I need to replace this? Thanks :)

You will need to strip it down to get rid of the flaking paint, wire brush ( wear goggles as the flakes can fly everywhere, sugar soap, possibly stripper though that’s not good in an enclosed space. Then repaint with radiator paint.

Ive never seen one as bad as that though, it looks as if the wrong sort of coating has been used, or put on too thickly. Condensation wouldn’t normally cause that much damage.

That is a lot of corrosion for a relatively new radiator. I haven't seen one that bad either.

I agree with @Allthegoodnamesarechosen , just rub down, prime it, and paint. I'd be tempted to use some rust converter too before priming.
