DD is looking for a property within travelling distance to Ellesmere Port. Where would you choose that has a leafier feel? Decent schools. Nice park or walks and shops are a plus
Budget is on the smaller side (£350k ish).

That’s quite a good budget for the Wirral, and with the M53, nowhere on the Wirral is ‘far’ from Ellesmere Port, Bromborough, Spital, Bebington, maybe some parts of Heswall/West Kirby or the other way to Helsby & Frodsham would all fit the bill.

There's a landfill site somewhere near Helsby that stinks - that would put me off.

I do quite a lot of work in that area and the Great Sutton area and nearby new Ledsham Garden Village seem nice.

How long a commute do you want?

Thanks all, I guess commute of up to 40mins would be best. We don't know the area at all, visited some lovely beaches on the Wirral. What is Prenton like?

Tarporley is a lovely village, about 30 minutes drive from Ellesmere Port.

Heswall if she can afford it. Oxton rather than Prenton
