Will I regret a limestone patio?

Finally in a position to replace our patio and I’m trying to decide on paving. I’m currently leaning towards a tumbled limestone (many suppliers sell one called Dijon tumbled limestone) which looks lovely on various Instagram gardens. I don’t mind some upkeep but I don’t want to regret it and wish id gone with sandstone instead. Is it ok if sealed, and how often does it need re-sealing?!

Oh I love our limestone patio! It’s gorgeous. I initially wanted sandstone but the colours only really come out when wet, I don’t think sealing does it enough justice so we went for limestone. I will find a pic and post for you

Thanks I definitely I prefer limestone to sandstone but the limestone is lighter in colour and just looks more high maintenance, so I worry that it will need more upkeep? But is sandstone supposed to take more upkeep?
I will visit some showrooms but I wanted to know what people who had it thought a few years in!
