Sliding wardrobe doors jammed

My sliding mirrored wardrobe doors are jammed and I can’t access the wardrobe at all!

Any advice on how to firstly get in to the wardrobe and secondly what type of contractor can fix this?

Does it need to be very gently lifted back onto its tracks?

The ones we have in the house we recently bought are a nightmare for coning off.

Lift it up and pull out from the bottom, getting it off the runner.

This. You need to lift and angle slightly to remove it from the bottom. What is blocking it sliding?
