Hi all
I Purchased my home in 2018 in joint ownership with my sibling to allow me at that point to get the mortgage (even though I’ve always paid it). My fixed rate mortgage is now due renewal and I would like to remove them from ownership (can borrow enough to cover outstanding).
Question…is there any tax implications for them transferring ‘their’ share to me and also how do I go about this while trying to remortgage?
