Houses aren’t selling

At least not in my area (Staffordshire) houses are sitting on the market for months, some a year ! And eventually reducing by quite alot.
We have recently gone on the market, had 5 viewings, another booked for this week, but I’m not feeling very hopeful. I think we’re priced reasonably and we are priced to sell. But I’m already getting anxiety because we’ve seen a house we love but cannot move forwards until we get a buyer!!
Anyone else in the same situation?

AB seems to be the public"s favourite, he has a wider display range of emotion than KS but would be well out of his depth against someone like Farage or even KB on the big stage in my opinion. No idea how the new Greens leader stacks up, I have had people telling me recently that he is the new hope for politics, can"t really see it myself to be honest.......

No I don't think so. They are four pairs of 1 and 2 bed houses, built of the same materials as the larger houses, look lovely and are distributed across the little estate. The builder has done a good job.

It doesn't really seem to be a thing here. We have been to see a couple of houses recently and ours is not on the market. The second one they didn't even ask our position. The market seems quiet here nonetheless, not much movement at all.
