Which plot to choose?

I'd really like some advice on which one to choose, can't seem to decide between two plots remaining for new build in same estate.

Both same price.

Plot A
Semi detached.
Slightly bigger, kitchen diner at front. Separate lounge.
Smaller garden and darker, with pine trees at end of garden.
More storage space.

Plot B
Mid terrace
Smaller, less storage space
Larger and sunnier garden but on viewing heard dog barking from adjoining house.
Kitchen diner at back.
Walk through living room.

Struggling to see why you would go for Plot B?

I’d go plot A purely for the storage space but I have 2 little ones who come with a lot of stuff! I suppose it depends on what you’d prioritise… a larger garden or larger house?

Semi detached and a cosy snug feel lounge
Trees for privacy
Check on shade map website to see how the sun will hit it over the daytime and seasons
Is it north facing ?

A. Semi much better than mid terrace.

I don’t think I would go for either house. I would be very wary of lots of trees that could cast lots of shade and grow very big. Are the trees with a preservation order on them?

Kitchen at the front much easier for online shopping deliveries.! And bigger and more private.

A. What do you like more about B apart from a sunnier garden?

thanks everyone for your responses, I think A. I don't believe the tree are protected but will check.

That's an easy decision - Plot A.
