I had a viewing yesterday for a one bed Victorian conversion on Stile Hall Garden, Gunnersbury which I loved but it needs doing work. The windows are single glazed so will need replacing. The kitchen cabinets needs to be replaced as current tenants have not maintained it well. There is no carpet or wardrobe or storage built in at the moment. The flat is 540sq ft and asking price is £425k. It’s a first floor flat and the living room is overlooking ground floor garden where they have extended their kitchen. Wanted to know if anyone has done a roof terrace in the area to understand if it’s doable. Also, how much would one reckon the cost for all the work? Lastly how should I offer?
