Anyone had any dealings with these?

I had never heard of them before but have noticed them cropping up with houses for sale in the area we are looking to move to. Now a house down the road has gone on the market with them. They apparently claim that they aim to sell your house within 30 days. Obviously all the testimonials online are from people saying how their property had been on with another agent for months with no interest and then they switched to Express Estate Agency and sold straight away.

Can I believe the hype??

I don’t know about this specific agent but a friend of mine has gone with a local estate agent that doesn’t list on RM etc and she’s had more viewings in a few days than she did in months when she previously listed the property in 2023 .

Her property is nichè and expensive ,the new agents obviously have a lot of clients on their books looking for expensive properties that high st agents don’t have .

It may be the same in this case and other peoples . They may have an extensive list of people waiting for homes ?
