I have a 1920s house that has a wide set of concrete steps up to the door, which have seen better days. Theyve just been pressure washed them to get rid of moss/algae and its clear the elderly concrete is crumbling, so although they are safe enough at the moment I need to think about renovating them
Was thinking of getting someone to repair the concrete and then put some type of outdoor tiles or stone slabs over them. House is painted rather starkly black and white, with black mirror tiles on the roof and it would be nice to keep to that aesthetic. Steps are about 30-35cm wide and about 2-2.5m long,
I guess the tiles/stone slabs I need have to be frostproof and non slip as much as possible - would appreciate any advice or suggestions from people who have done similar renovation or have any expertise (please!)
