Moving to the Malvern area

We’re moving from East Yorkshire to the Malvern area. Are looking for a ‘project’ house, with views. Our kids have left hone. Any suggestions? Thanks

What have you found so far?

It seems like Malvern trumps Ledbury from what I’ve read. We’d like to be on the edge of the town. I’m looking for community spirit, a house with a largish garden, def not an estate house.

There are some really lovely properties in Malvern and it’s traditionally quite an old population so you should have your pick of houses to refurb. If it’s got a view just make sure the road is accessible and there’s parking. Some of even the larger properties are on tiny roads and are very busy with parking etc.
What sort of budget?
