Ecocomfort conservatory roof

Hello, wondering if anyone has has internal only insulation (the plastic type planks) rather than plaster in an internal only conservatory roof conversion? Just wondering if it made a difference to temperature....

I'm replying to my own thread in case anyone else is interested. We took the plunge and are very happy with it. Great for heat and glare in summer and now that we've had a very cold snap can say it has also made a big difference in winter. Looks good too!
