Seaview rental please!

Moving and want to buy but would like to rent first before committing.
Please recommend sea view property with good transport links to Brighton and London. The rental stocks seem to be limited. Please help? Thanks all
1 bedroom is okay, 2 bed is preferred. Flat in modern property preferred. Will take flat in house if location great.
Crucial is walking distance to bars and restaurants or other entertainment.
Budget maximum 1700, but can adjust for right place.

Stupid question, but why do you not just search on RM (Brighton + 15 mile radius) with £1700 max budget, and then look at results on the map. Here you can easily select any flat on the coast with a sea view. Realistically, with your walking entertainment requirements, you probably only need to look at Brighton, Hove and Worthing. Anything else may be a little sleepy for you. Worthing will be cheaper than Brighton.

There's several in Worthing on Right Move. It's the sea view requirement that's really limiting your options!

Direct train lines to London (x2) and Brighton. Town is a bit run down but there's plenty going on.
