We've just had a Qettle tap installed and are getting white particles in our cold filtered and boiling water drinks - see images.
I have contacted the company who say 'its just the silicone grease that's been caught in the aerator of the spout, and is safe to drink'
Advice was to flush through the system a few times and clean the aerator.
After doing this we are still getting the white particles.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
We live in south London so in a hard water area so that could be the issue?
Annoying as we have a lovely new kitchen installed and not able to enjoy all it's features.
