Hither Green

I have been living in Forest Hill and this looking for one beds in Forest Hill / Honor Oak but have seen quite a few properties coming up in Lee and Hither Green. Any experience of living in these areas? Is it safe and good for singles?

It’s a very family heavy area. Safe, pretty and quiet, although the Lewisham end is more lively…

HG is well connected for trains and there’s a nice small park with a cafe and a good community spirit. Walkable to Blackheath and Lewisham. It’s a good area but gets grittier at the Lewisham end.
